Noor obtained his B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he also participated in the Illinois Cyber Security Scholars Program. Noor’s ICSSP project and Masters thesis, which explored different aspects of efficiently auditing security intrusions, were advised by Professor Adam Bates. Following his graduation, Noor accepted a Software Engineering position in the Financial Technology Associate Program at Citadel.
