Uma is currently a senior in CS + Anthropology Bachelor’s program at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Her research interests are in usable security, systems security and how to preserve cultures in the digital age.
Uma conducted research with the STS Lab in the area of location privacy.
After graduating, Uma went on to the PhD Program in the University of Massachusett Amherst’s.
